Roles And Responsibilities.


Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates, building a robust talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate job fairs, campus recruitment, and other targeted events to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting jobs to negotiating offers.


Onboarding:

  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize employees with company policies.


HR Administration:

  • Handle basic HR functions, maintaining employee records and addressing routine inquiries.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.


Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and devise effective recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.


Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, from initial contact through the entire recruitment process.
  • Gather feedback from candidates to continually enhance the recruitment process.
  • The Candidate is expected to Manage Attendance, Tasks, Salary Computations, Set Employee Welfare Policies, and Execute HR policies.
  • HR should formulate processes for grievance management, and appraisals, and generate and maintain a database of all HR-related documents.
  • HR is also expected to deliver and review tasks to the operational team.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Should know Email handling, Recruitment, screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, joining formalities,
  • Administration, Leave management, Attendance, etc. Provide support to employees for various topics, like Leaves, compensation etc.
  • Well-versed with all HR functions including recruitment, attendance, Payroll Processing, Employee Induction, and engagement activities.
  • Preparing Offer letter, Appointment letter, exit process and Admin related work. Recruitment, onboarding, Documentation, Leave management.
  • Maintaining database and personnel files of employees.
  • Should have general and business process awareness, Internet awareness, computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel), and decent typing skills required.
  • Should be able to explore software related to HR work.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment tools is advantageous.
