Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join with our of our leading clients in Skill Development Training Center. This is a senior-level, full-time position located in Kozhikode, Mangaluru, Mysuru, Cochin, Thiruvananthapuram, and Pune. The ideal candidate will have up to 10 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in branch management and career development.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong experience in branch management, ensuring smooth operations and achieving business objectives.
  • Proficiency in academic administration, managing records and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Expertise in career development, providing valuable guidance and support to clients and candidates.
  • Excellent student counseling skills, with the ability to advise and support students in their educational and career paths.
  • Proven sales management skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic sales plans.
  • Ability to effectively manage employer branding, representing the company's values and culture to attract top talent.
  • Strong leadership qualities, capable of leading and motivating a team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and high performance in line with company standards.
  • Implement and manage recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet client demands.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored HR solutions.
  • Provide career development guidance and counseling to candidates, helping them achieve their professional goals.
  • Manage the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, to drive revenue growth for the branch.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards in academic administration.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance employer branding and attract potential clients and candidates.
