About the Role:
Resolute is seeking a dynamic Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller who is skilled not only in managing collections but also in driving sales for our new line of diagnostic tests and health supplements. This role combines AR responsibilities with proactive sales outreach, ideal for someone motivated to connect clients with valuable health products while maintaining timely collections. The AR Caller will be instrumental in introducing our products to healthcare providers, insurance representatives, and customers, promoting the benefits of our tests and supplements as a natural extension of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Promotion : Proactively reach out to clients, healthcare providers, and to introduce, present, and promote Resolute’s new line of diagnostic tests and health supplements.
- Revenue Generation : Actively generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities, aiming to increase conversions and reach monthly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, positioning Resolute’s products as valuable additions to wellness and preventive care.
- Accounts Receivable : Handle AR calls to ensure timely collections while identifying opportunities to discuss and recommend relevant tests and supplements during conversations.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling : Identify customer needs and suggest additional products that enhance patient health outcomes, effectively converting AR interactions into sales opportunities.
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions, sales feedback, account statuses, and product inquiries.
- Sales Metrics Achievement : Meet and exceed both AR collection and sales targets, aligning with Resolute’s sales growth strategy.
- Market Feedback : Gather and relay insights from customers on product interest and satisfaction to help shape future offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience : Minimum 1-2 years in AR calling or healthcare collections with a strong sales or upselling background, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or supplements.
- Education: Bachelor's or Post graduation degree (BBA, MBA) in Sales, Communications, or a related field.
- Customer-Centric Approach : Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to understand customer needs and match them to suitable products.
- Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems, Experience Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in tracking accounts, sales metrics, and product interest, ensuring smooth follow-up and conversions.
- Time Management : Able to prioritize tasks and balance collections with sales-focused conversations to maximize efficiency.
Language Requirements:
- Primary : Proficiency in English and Hindi for effective communication across India.
- Additional Languages (Preferred): Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, cater to regional clients and enhance customer engagement.
