A fast-growing IT services and digital product development firm operating in the software & digital transformation sector. We design and ship user-centric web and mobile products for global clients—moving ideas from concept to market with modern engineering and design practices. This full-time Product Manager role is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and owns end-to-end product delivery for client-focused digital solutions.

Product Manager

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iterative improvements—define vision, build roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Write clear, actionable PRDs and user stories; translate business goals into prioritized feature backlogs using frameworks such as RICE or HEART.
  • Partner closely with UX/design, engineering, QA, and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality user experiences.
  • Define, track and report product KPIs; run experiments and use analytics to inform roadmap decisions and reduce churn/improve engagement.
  • Act as primary client liaison—manage expectations, present progress, gather feedback, and align product decisions with customer needs and market realities.
  • Drive go-to-market and launch activities for MVPs, including release planning, stakeholder communication, and post-launch monitoring and iteration.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • 3+ years as a Product Manager / Product Owner in an IT services or product environment, with hands-on experience launching digital products.
  • Proven experience in product roadmap creation, feature prioritization, and writing PRDs/user stories.
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable defining KPIs, using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar) and running A/B tests.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; experience interacting directly with clients and engineering teams.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile / Scrum workflows and sprint planning.

Preferred

  • Experience in start-up or fast-paced product teams and familiarity with launching MVPs and iterative product-market fit processes.
  • Exposure to design thinking, user research, or UX best practices, and familiarity with competitive/market analysis to inform product strategy.
