You will lead community-building programs from scratch and set both quantitative and qualitative goals to engage and grow the AniLive community. You will be responsible for developing strong partnerships with streamers and stakeholders while fostering an inclusive and engaging environment.

You will be responsible for:Developing a scalable education system for streamers to enhance their streaming skills.Creating a user engagement journal to maintain ongoing interaction with the community.Establishing and enforcing community guidelines to ensure a safe and fun environment.Designing internal customer support guidelines, screening processes, and escalation protocols.Managing official social media accounts such as Twitter and Discord, and actively engaging with users.Leading focus groups to gather user insights and understand their needs.Managing a team to support community-building efforts.
