The Hospitality & Support (H&S) function plays a pivotal role in creating a conducive work environment, optimizing resources for increased productivity, and enhancing the employee experience in the organization. It is responsible for ensuring seamless operations of facilities and travel arrangements within the organization. About the Position Independently handle all Fire and Safety related Technical works like operations & Maintenance of Fire Fighting systems, Health safety & Laisioning works at TOI CST Premises / Masjid Godown / Sub offices / Guest housesMust have understanding of safety systems & designing of buildings as per the local, NBC andNFPA Norms.Understanding of all statutory compliances for EHS.Must be conversant in making the PowerPoint presentation, excel and Microsoft word. Areas of Responsibility Independently handle all Fire and Safety related Technical works like operations & Maintenance of Fire Fighting systems, Health safety & Laisioning works at TOI CST Premises / Masjid Godown / Sub offices / Guest houses Prepare Compliance Report at every months Laisoning with Factory , BMC official for timely renewal of various licenses Maintained Industrial health & safety register Prepare daily safety inspection report and work permit documentation. Giving Fire fighting training to colleagues in the company. Preparing proposals of Fire and safety preventive maintenance A.M.C's Supervision of all above mentioned works Cost rationalization Preparing schedule of all Preventive maintenance services EHS related documentation and compliance. Carry out internal fire & safety audits and rounds. Handling fire and safety team and coordinate with security fire officer. Carrying our fire and safety related improvement projects. Educational Qualifications Required BE – Fire & Safety or Sub-Officer Course from National Fire Service College,Nagpur preferably with GRADE I Certification, or Graduate with post diploma in industrial safety fromCLI/RLI. Degree in Safety Engineering  Relevant Experience Degree/ Diploma in Safety Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
