Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who brings B2B expertise, creative content creation skills, and strategic social media execution to amplify our presence in the education sector. This role will be responsible for shaping our brand voice, producing high-impact content, and executing cross-platform campaigns to engage schools and education leaders.
You will work closely with product marketing, sales, and design teams to elevate our story and differentiate us in a competitive EdTech market.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Brand Strategy & Execution
- Build and evolve the brand identity to resonate with institutional stakeholders, school Learning heads, CIOs, learning directors and education decision-makers.
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the CuriousEd brand and business objectives.
- Work with brand building in B2B marketing , preferably for an online product.
- Create and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, posts, blogs) for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Ensure brand consistency across web, events, campaigns, and partner channels.
- Grow and engage our community of schools, educators, parents, and students through compelling storytelling and campaigns.
- Monitor trends in EdTech, AI, and Cambridge curriculum to create relevant and shareable content.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and the marketing team to optimize branding.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and encourage discussions.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to refine social media strategies.
Brand Marketing using Social Media (B2B-Focused)
- At least 3 - 5 yrs experience in Brand marketing , B2B, SaaS social media marketing in the EdTech industry.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Proficiency with social and content tools (e.g., Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Canva, Buffer/Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Write and schedule posts, manage community engagement, and monitor platform analytics.
- Lead social amplification of key content assets such as reports, webinars, and customer wins.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to create visually appealing content, with mandatory skills in graphic design and video editing.
- Excellent copywriting skills with an engaging and educational tone.
- Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and social media scheduling tools.
- Passion for education, AI, and innovation.
- A creative mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
Content Creation
- 3 + yrs of experience in creation of brand-aligned content including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, and videos.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, customers, and thought leaders to develop meaningful, insight-driven content.
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing and product priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or marketing to educational institutions (K-12 districts, higher ed, etc.)
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, email marketing, or paid social advertising.
- Video editing or basic graphic design capabilities.
- Experience supporting brand campaigns, product launches, or thought leadership initiatives.
