Our services are turnkey solutions that are validation tested and ready for mass production.Our product development expertise includes medium and heavy-duty commercial vehicles in applications such as delivery, bus, motorhome, off highway, refuse and several other specialized and vocational vehicle markets.Please note all resumes (CVs) must be submitted in English.Requirements:B Eng Degree or B Tech Degree in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.Experience working in an electrical design engineering position – minimum 7 Years.Automotive OEM Design Experience will be an advantage3 D CAD experience: Siemens NX will be an advantage.Schematics Design in Mentor Graphics Vesys will be an advantageSkills:Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsAttention to detail is critical in this position.Strong oral and written communication skills Attention to detailIntegrity and honestyComputer literacy (Excel, Word, Power Point)Excellent Written and Verbal Communication (English)Good work ethicsHardworking, willing to go the extra mileProfessionalismWork independentlyExcellent in task managementTeam Player (Work well in a team)Ability to work under pressure and handle priority changesHave good problem-solving abilitiesResponsibilities:Medium and Heavy-duty truck chassis harness design using 3 D CAD – and 2 D Schematic software.Vehicle Electrical Systems Design, including 3 D Wiring design in Siemens NX, creating 2 D Harness Drawing sand Schematics.Electrical Component IntegrationEvaluate scope of work and manage project timelinesPrepare bills of materials and their representative 3 D assemblies (Unigraphics NX)Product data management (entering designs and related info into PDM software – Team Center)Ensure designs meet supplier and regulatory requirementsDesign with cost saving, ease of installation and servicing in mindConduct concept and design reviewsLiaise with suppliers on designsAssess results for comparison against customer requirements and design standardsLiaise with other engineering disciplines and teamsWorking hours:10:00 AM –7:00 PM, Monday to Friday (subject to change) with core hours and flexi time and may require over time as per project.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
