Be Body wise started in May 2021, is an online women’s elective health platform, serving 1.5M+ women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair, face, body, pcos, sleep and nutrition.

Little Joys, started in May 2022, is an online health platform for kids, helping 1M+ parents every year solve for their child’s physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health, personal hygiene and behavioral development with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Central Quality Assurance professional in the Consumer Goods industry. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall quality and compliance of our products. As a Quality Assurance professional, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement quality assurance policies and procedures, conduct various tests and inspections, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional consumer goods.

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures across multiple contract manufactures and owned/3rd party warehouseSpeaking to customers and handling their queries on daily basis through voice calls and slack to understand product feedbackLead a QA & QC team to Conduct product inspections and tests to verify compliance with industry standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor the quality of RM/PM materials used in productionAnalyze product specifications and develop test plansIdentify and resolve quality-related customer issues in a timely mannerConduct regular audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality standardsCollaborate with suppliers and vendors to address quality concerns and ensure complianceReview product artworks for new product launches

Requirements

Proven experience in quality assurance in the consumer goods industry (Foods/Nutraceuticals/Drugs/Cosmetics)Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and toolsFamiliarity with industry standards and regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to multitask and work under pressureStrong organizational skillsKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus
