Job Title: Property Accountant (USA-Based Rental Property Clients) Location: Work from Office/ Vadodara based Experience: 2 -3 year Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Property Accountant to join our growing accounting team managing real estate and property-based clients in the USA. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud accounting platforms like QuickBooks Desktop Online, Zoho Books, Xero , or is a fresher with strong accounting fundamentals and a passion to grow in the property accounting field. Key Responsibilities: Record and categorize daily financial transactions for property clients (rental income, expenses, deposits, etc.) Assist in monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Support the preparation of property-wise income statements and expense reports Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, rent rolls, and tenant deposits Work closely with senior accountants to ensure timely closing of monthly books Help in managing accounts payable and receivable Ensure compliance with accounting policies and client-specific processes Communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and internal teams Qualifications & Skills: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA in Finance or Accounting 1-2 year of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate or property-related domains Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero (experience in at least one is a must) Fresher candidates with strong academic background are also welcome Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple client files Why Join Us?
