The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud accounting platforms like QuickBooks Desktop Online, Zoho Books, Xero, or is a fresher with strong accounting fundamentals and a passion to grow in the property accounting field.Key Responsibilities:Record and categorize daily financial transactions for property clients (rental income, expenses, deposits, etc.)Assist in monthly bank and credit card reconciliationsSupport the preparation of property-wise income statements and expense reportsMaintain accurate records of lease agreements, rent rolls, and tenant depositsWork closely with senior accountants to ensure timely closing of monthly booksHelp in managing accounts payable and receivableEnsure compliance with accounting policies and client-specific processesCommunicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and internal teamsQualifications & Skills:B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA in Finance or Accounting1-2 year of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate or property-related domainsProficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero (experience in at least one is a must)Fresher candidates with strong academic background are also welcomeStrong knowledge of basic accounting principlesGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage time across multiple client filesWhy Join Us?Work with a fast-growing international accounting teamExposure to U.S.-based clients and real estate accounting practicesOpportunity to grow into senior roles in a short spanContinuous training and software learning supportRemote flexibility and collaborative work environment📩 How to Apply: Apply directly on LinkedIn.
