About the role: Cvent, Inc. is seeking a Learning Management System Administrator to support the LMS team in our Client Services (CS) division. As an LMS Admin, you will manage & administer the Docebo LMS, handle user queries & do technical issue research. You will be actively involved in reporting, metrics, user communication & will work closely with the Content creation and L&D teams. In This Role, You Will: Create Learning Plans, courses, upload SCORM/AICC Content as per the training need & requirement. Edit & update e-learning modules in the system. Support Client, Partner & Internal user issues related to LMS, ensure customer satisfaction. Handle login & new user registration requests in LMS. Webinar upload & scheduling in LMS. Review e-learning content & maintain accurate records related to user training data. Assign user permissions, create, and manage user groups, enrollment rules, notifications, and course enrollment. Lead efforts to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve LMS-related system issues. Help to identify and prevent problems before they occur. Establish & create standard reports and dashboards that are accurate and timely and enable managers, training team, and other internal stakeholders to determine training effectiveness. Based on reporting, recommend adjustments to learning content management, workflow processes, and user experience that would improve the learner experience and business impact. Download, share & publish training data reports from LMS & other internal reporting systems. Work together with the LMS team on daily transactional & project related requests. Work closely with Cvent Services, Training & Content creation teams to implement new content rollout for Internal users & clients. Ensure compliance with process, technology, and data requirements according to system governance. Conduct regular reviews of learning data for adherence to standards, consistency, accuracy, and integrity Ensure functionality of the LMS in the areas of registration, notification, administration of training operations, assessment, and resource management. Develop, configure, and manage learning paths or training modules based on product use, job function, and other requirements; these may include activities, training courses, certifications, assessments, articles & videos. Here's What You Need: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 2-3 years of work experience working on any LMS system. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects. Strong attention to detail and quality with exceptional organization skills. Good experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, analysis and reporting Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and verbal & written communication skills. Ability to comfortably work in a deadline-oriented environment. Creative, inquisitive and coachable; ability to take constructive feedback. Should be comfortable working East Coast hours.
