As we gear up for launch this November, we're looking for an experienced and highly organized Secretary to support our founding team. If you have 3-6 years of experience in administrative roles and want to be part of an ambitious aerospace startup, this is your chance

Role: Secretary to the Founding Team
Location: Hyderabad
Start Date: November 2025
Industry: Aerospace
Experience: 3-6 years in an administrative, executive assistant, or similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage calenders, meetings, and official correspondence for the founding team.
- Operational Coordination: Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and key partners.
- Confidentiality & Efficiency: Handle sensitive information and ensure smooth office operations.
- Strategic Assistance: Support leadership in decision-making with data organization and follow-ups.
Who We're Looking for:
- 4-6 years of experience in a secretary/admin/executive assistant role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking & problem solving skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and tech savvy (MS Office, scheduling tools)
- Based in Hyderabad (preferred). If out of Hyderabad, you may need to relocate.
- Prior experience working with leadership teams/startups is a plus.
