Job Title: Company Secretary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Secretary to join our team at D V Rao & Associates, a Corporate Secretarial Firm located in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance Management: Ensure all regulatory requirements are met and maintained up-to-date.

• Transactional Advisory: Provide expert advice on various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

• Regulatory Matters: Handle matters before NCLT, RBI, SEBI, MCA and other regulators, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.

• Assets under IBC: Advise clients on assets under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), providing strategic guidance and support.
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience as a Company Secretary (PMQ)
* Strong knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, and compliance procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
