Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy:
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Create content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
  • Copywriting:
  • Craft engaging copy for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, , Twitter, YouTube, ShareChat, Moj etc
  • Write compelling email copy for CRM campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Develop persuasive content for performance marketing ads that drive conversions.
  • Write clear and attractive product descriptions that resonate with the target audience.
  • Create SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and website content to increase organic traffic.
  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Collaborate with designers, video producers, CRM, Performance Marketing Team and other stakeholders to create multimedia content.
  • Manage and update the company’s website content to ensure it remains relevant and engaging.
  • Track content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • SEO & Website Management:
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility.
  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Ensure content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone.
  • Growth Marketing Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the performance marketing, CRM and Growth teams to create content that supports campaign objectives.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of content in driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • A/B test different content approaches to optimize performance.
  • Research & Trends:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor content strategies, and emerging content formats.
  • Continuously refine content strategies to align with changing market dynamics and audience preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Industry: Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an emphasis on clarity and creativity.
  • Proficiency in SEO principles and content management systems (CMS).
  • Ability to write for various formats including blogs, social media, email, and web content.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
