DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Practice Lead – Quality Engineering to drive the strategic growth of our QE practice. This role combines deep expertise in quality engineering with a strong focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, business development, and market positioning. The Practice Lead will be responsible for shaping the QE service portfolio, enabling sales, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the practice is aligned with emerging industry trends and client demands.Experience: 15 to 25 yearsLocation: Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Trivandrum and KochiResponsibilitiesDefine and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the QE practice with a strong GTM orientation.Position differentiated QE offerings, accelerators, and solutions that align with client needs and industry trends (AI/ML in testing, test automation, DevOps, shift-left/right testing, etc.).Act as a thought leader and brand ambassador for QE in external forums, conferences, and client presentations.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Alliances teams to create GTM strategies, value propositions, and sales enablement assets for QE offerings.Build and nurture client relationships, participating in pursuits, proposals, and executive-level discussions.Partner with alliances and technology vendors to co-develop market-relevant solutions and expand ecosystem reach.Drive pipeline growth by supporting
