Our client is a trusted advisor and end-to-end solution provider of overseas education consulting solutions built by experienced industry professionals. Their digitally enabled processes create an unmatched student and parent experience.

Responsibilities:Conduct one-on-one telephonic counselling sessions with prospective students and their families to understand their educational goals and preferences.Provide basic information about various international education programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.Assist students in selecting suitable courses and institutions based on their academic background and career aspirations with the help of Senior Counsellors.Seek regular follow-ups from students without any gaps or delays.Procure student documents and assign cases to Counsellors or Senior Counsellors.Actively participate in informational seminars, workshops, and webinars to educate students about study abroad opportunities and the benefits of international education.Stay updated with the latest trends in international education, including new career opportunities, changes in admission processes, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities.Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system

Qualifications and Skills:Proven skills in educational consulting and student counselling.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong career counselling and education guidance abilities.Experience in the education consulting industry or a related field.Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.In-depth knowledge of higher education systems and institutions in major countries.Experience studying abroad is a plus.
