  1. Total experience of more than 10 years, with experience in at least 1 metro rail project which the candidate have managed till completion. Knowledge of MS Excel and Basic computer knowledge is must.
  2. Owns project schedule; responsible for conducting team meetings , delegating tasks , and managing project activities across multiple departments and functions.
  3. Maintaining daily work done report and labour reports.
  4. Coordinating with the client's/PMC's engineer-in-charge, reporting the progress -on-site as in the format desired by the Client/PMC.
  5. Should know procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
  6. Controlling and monitoring the wastage of manpower and materials.
  7. Controlling and managing all the resources/material required to complete the work.

Required Candidate profile

  1. Experience in making Bar Bending schedules ( BBS) in MS Excel is MUST.
  2. Knowledge of DSR ( Delhi Schedule of rates) will be added advantage.
  3. Experience of the Civil maintenance works for Operational MRTS/ RRTS /Railways project in India or abroad.
