Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Automation Specialist who loves solving business challenges with automation. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize customer workflows that drive sales and marketing success. You'll be the bridge between clients and our platform — ensuring every customer can harness the power of AI-driven automation.
This position requires both technical automation skills and strong client communication abilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize custom workflows using Expedify's AI-powered automation builder.
- Develop multi-step automations across sales, marketing, and service functions.
- Integrate multi-channel communication (Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Calls) into unified journeys.
- Configure trigger-based nurturing campaigns for leads and customer retention.
- Deploy and manage AI agents/knowledge bases to deliver automated yet human-like experiences.
- Configure marketing sequences, templates, and AI-assisted campaigns.
- Set up reporting dashboards that give actionable business insights.
- Act as the primary technical consultant for assigned client accounts.
- Train clients on how to leverage platform features for maximum results.
- Track and report workflow performance (adoption, efficiency, conversions)
- Stay up to date on automation, AI agents, and CRM innovations.
- Contribute to training materials and the customer knowledge hub.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience with marketing/sales automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major CRM (LeadSquared, Zoho CRM/Bigin, Bitrix24, TeleCRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Proven ability to build automation workflows with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), N8N, Pabbly Connect.
- Experience in customer-facing roles (customer success, consulting, implementation).
Solid understanding of:
Workflow automation and integration concepts
- Data mapping & CRM structures
- Multi-channel engagement (Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Calls
- Experience in prompt engineering for AI-driven workflows.
- Excellent communicator who can explain technical workflows in simple terms.
- Analytical thinker — skilled at breaking down client problems into automation solutions.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple client projects.
