Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, BI Functional Lead

In this role you should have a keen knowledge of DB2, ETL tools - DataStage and Azure cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

Deep expertise in Modern Data Management (Enterprise Information Management, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Cloud Data Platforms, Data Modelling, ETL Design, Databases etc.) space  Prior experience in databases - DB2, ETL tools - DataStage and Azure cloud environment with Azure SQLDB2 is must. Design and develop DataStage ETL workflows and datasets in any ETL tool to be used by the BI Reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc. Should be able to understand functional requirements and should participate in solutioning and leading the team to deliver the project end to end. Design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new elements.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

Experience in writing SQL queries against any RDBMS with query optimization Ability to interact with end users and translate business language into technical requirements. Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred qualifications

Ability to work in a team-based environment and independently. Ability to work effectively with people of many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
