You will facilitate sessions on topics like leadership, difficult conversations, manager interviewing skills, and diversity & inclusion.Your day to day, as a Leadership Development Facilitator, will have a primary focus on facilitating learning and conducting training for ADP leaders across all leadership levels of the organization (e.G., emerging leaders, front-line leaders, leader of leaders). Apply nowWhat you’ll do: Delivery: Deliver leadership training to ADP associates at all leadership levels of the organization and across the globe. Apply adult learning theory and facilitation techniques to manage group and individual dynamics and learning styles to ensure the success of each learner. Respond to participant questions and elaborate on training content using knowledge of theories, business processes, and roles and responsibilities. Effectiveness: Consult with instructional designers on curricula effectiveness and make recommendations on changes to existing classes and the development of new courses and programs.Functional Knowledge: Keep up-to-date and proficient on knowledge, products and processes used to facilitate training (ie. virtual training tools), prep the classroom, (ie. desktop imaging/cleanup tools) and enroll and track course enrollment (ie. Learning Management System). Keep up-to-date and proficient on leadership development and facilitation trends and best practices. Maintain all relevant certifications. Consulting: Understand leader and learner goals and consult with leaders on how best to apply learned tools and processes to efficiently and effectively in their roles. Administrative: Partner with the Global Talent & Development operations team on administrative responsibilities such as Learning Management System tasks, class survey distribution, completion of monthly status reports, and time tracking responsibilities.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: A college degree is not required but could set you apart. What's more important is having the skills and experience to do the job. You will need experience in training and facilitating learning with in-person and virtual groups. Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources-

Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design and delivery theories.-

Experience using WebEx or other virtual delivery tools.-
