This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to grow our network of partnerships and elevate our market presence.We are looking for Mumbai based candidates only Total Experience- 5-10 Years CTC Offering- 70,000- 1,50,000 + IncentivesKey Responsibilities-Initiate first-touch business conversations using strategic calling, smart networking, and industry events to unlock new B2B opportunities. Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale account management. Lead virtual sales presentations with decision-makers and convert prospects into long-term clients. Work closely with the Celebrity Management Team to curate customized celebrity-led campaigns and solutions for brands. Maintain complete ownership of lead tracking, follow-ups, and pipeline management using Zoho CRM. Build strong, long-lasting client partnerships to ensure repeat business, retention, and high satisfaction.Requirements- 5-7 years of solid experience in B2B Sales / Media Sales with a proven record of hitting or exceeding targets. Mandatory experience in the Media Industry (Influencer marketing, celebrity collaborations, agency sales, brand partnerships, etc.) Excellent knowledge in Marketing along with sales. Strong expertise in prospecting, client acquisition, business pitching, and relationship management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills. Ability to explain creative + commercial solutions in a clear, confident, and persuasive way. Comfortable working with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and structured sales processes.
