Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements. Additional responsibilities include processing payroll, preparing tax returns, handling audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in preparing financial statements and managing accounts payable and receivable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CPA or CA are a plus
