Job description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of our company's product portfolio. You will play a critical role in defining the product strategy, conducting market research, and driving the execution of product roadmaps. Your expertise in product management will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.


Responsibilities:


1. Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and goals. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation and differentiation.

2. Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives. Develop and communicate product roadmaps to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product development and launch. Foster a culture of collaboration and effective communication across teams.

4. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Gather and analyze user requirements, create product specifications, and work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to gain insights into market trends, customer needs, and opportunities. Use data-driven analysis to make informed decisions and identify potential areas for growth and improvement.

6. Product Launch and Adoption: Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

7. Product Evangelism: Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally. Clearly communicate the value proposition, features, and benefits of the product to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

8. Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers and cross-functional teams. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the product management team.

9. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback for product improvements.

10. Industry and Technology Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management. Continuously enhance product management skills and contribute to the advancement of the company's product management practices.


Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

2. Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager , preferably in the technology industry.

3. Strong understanding of product management principles and best practices.

4. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

6. Strong leadership and team management abilities.

7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

8. Solid understanding of agile development methodologies.

9. Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.

10. Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.

11. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
