We are looking for budding "Product Management Interns" passionate about diving deep into user interactions, understanding their needs, and ensuring that our product resonates with them.
We don't just develop products; we develop experiences. You'll frequently find yourself asking, "How does this feature empower our young users?" and "What more can we do to enhance their digital journey?". Our ethos revolves around understanding over assumptions.
You'll be in the thick of it all, engaging with our Superr Insider Program participants, comprehending their feedback, and actively participating with cross-functional teams. We believe in dismantling traditional silos and fostering a collaborative environment, ensuring the birth of a product that truly resonates.
As a Product Management Intern, your mission will involve diving deep into the world of children's digital interactions, understanding their aspirations, challenges, and joys, and being their advocate in our team. Your insights will be the beacon guiding the ship and ensuring we're always in tune with the needs of our young users.
This internship experience promises a comprehensive immersion into the world of user-centric product development. From engaging with users to leveraging the gathered data for product evolution, every day will be a new learning.
What will you be doing?
Child-Centric Ideation: Dive deep into the world of children's digital experiences. Understand their needs, aspirations, and concerns. Be their voice in our team.
Collaboration at its Best: Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams. Your insights and the technical prowess of our team will be the alchemy that crafts the perfect experience.
Feedback is Gold: Engage with our young users, gather their feedback, and be the bridge between them and our product enhancements.

Logistics
6-month Internship stipend - INR 15k/ month with a potential for a full-time offer.
Location - KTIZ (Kerala Technology Innovation Zone), Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala. (Accommodation facilities are available for outstation candidates near the office)

Qualifications:
A degree in computer science
Prior work experience with children-facing apps
Strong analytical and communication skills
A passion for understanding user interactions and ensuring product resonance
