About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in analytical tools and techniques, excel at breaking down complex problems, and have the ability to drive data-backed decisions. This role demands effective communication with stakeholders & strategic alignment of data initiatives with business goalsWhat you will doTechnical Proficiency:Utilize SQL, Python/R, Excel for data analysis and insights extraction.Apply mathematical, statistical, or predictive modeling techniques to analyze data and support decision-making.Develop and implement relevant visualizations to drive insights based on the context.Problem-Solving:Break down complex problems, identify root causes, formulate hypotheses, and draw comprehensive conclusions.Approach problem-solving in a structured manner, evaluating second-order impacts and addressing challenges/risks.Stakeholder Management:Effectively communicate insights and drive data-backed decisions with stakeholders and leadership.Define and align key metric definitions with stakeholders.Manage multiple work streams and coordinate interdependencies.Must have skillsTotal of 5 to 7 years of experienceProven experience in a lead business analyst role or similar capacity.Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, Excel, and Metabase.Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured approach.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong alignment with business goals and strategic vision.Innovative mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks.
