Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced freelance recruiters who can independently handle end-to-end hiring. The role requires strong exposure to leadership hiring, with additional advantage if you have worked on consulting and IT mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on senior-level and niche consulting/IT roles independently.
  • Build, manage, and deliver strong candidate pipelines.
  • Share quality profiles with clients within agreed timelines.
  • Conduct candidate assessments, manage engagement, and ensure offer-to-join conversions.
  • Provide regular status updates and ensure adherence to SLAs.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in leadership hiring (mandatory).
  • Exposure to consulting/Big4/technology hiring (preferred).
  • Access and expertise in using Naukri & LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong candidate engagement and closure skills.
  • Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
