Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Associate who will play a key role in cross-functional projects across sales, operations, customer success, product, etc. This is a general management role and will need you to develop an understanding across functions and solve problems faced in execution. As a Business Associate at HealthFlex, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare and contributing to our mission.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesWork on project-based assignments across various functions including

Sales,

Product, Analytics, Operations, etc.Work on Operations and Sales execution to ensure the solution reaches as many users as possibleWork on Business-As-Usual processes to improve the quality of services/products across doctor onboarding, patient onboarding, patient engagementCollaborate with cross-functional teams, taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful completionInteract with users, derive insights on problems faced, and co-create solutionsWork with founders to execute projects to further the mission of the organization

Qualifications and Preferred ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or an equivalent field.1-3 years experience in a fast-growing environmentsSolid experience in analyzing numbers and working on ExcelExperience in managing/working in cross-functional projectsA strong foundation in project management/program managementSome exposure or understanding of product management is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both with internal and external stakeholders
