The Reservations Specialist will be responsible for handling incoming reservations, managing booking systems, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, processing bookings, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with any reservation-related issues.QualificationsExperience with Reservations and handling booking systemsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsSales experience and ability to support sales activitiesAbility to provide Training and support to other team membersStrong organizational and time management skillsPrevious experience in a similar role is an advantageProficiency in MS Office and reservation software** This is a paid internship starting between 40K - 45K per month
