seAs part of the dynamic Technology and Digital Transformation team at Regent College London, the Technology Business Analyst and Project Manager will play a crucial role in leading the implementation and release of transformative technology projects and services. on.As a combined Business Analyst and Project Manager, you'll navigate the needs of both roles. On the one hand, you will delve into user stories and process mapping to ensure business needs are precisely met and translated into functional specifications. Then, as needed, you will coordinate roadmaps, project timelines, risks, and cross-organisational te
ams.Your work will focus on enhancing our educational and administrative systems, streamlining processes, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to deeply understand our business needs, strategies, processes, and services, leading to the effective delivery of technical solutions. As part of the development team, you will be empowering your technical colleagues to deliver work smoothly and in an agile
way.
Specific duties and responsib
- ilitiesDevelop user stories and prioritise tasks to align with overarching strategic goals, managing the project and product backlog effec- tively.Conduct detailed process mapping to identify, document, and optimize current operational processes and s- ystems.Regularly meet with stakeholders to understand user needs, ensuring projects are user-centric and aligned with business obje- ctives.Translate complex business requirements into deliverables, effectively communicating requirements to the developmen- t team.Produce comprehensive documentation in collaboration with technical speci- alists.Act as a key representative for stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring their interests and needs are adequately add- ressed.Lead on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure project outcomes meet business expectations and quality sta- ndards.When required oversee the entire project management lifecycle, from initiation through to closure, adopting a hands-on approach to requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implemen- tation.Build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders, fostering an environment of trust and collabo- ration.Lead and participate in projects, ensuring adherence to Agile best practices and efficient delivery of project mile
stones.Additional
