on.As a combined Business Analyst and Project Manager, you'll navigate the needs of both roles. On the one hand, you will delve into user stories and process mapping to ensure business needs are precisely met and translated into functional specifications. Then, as needed, you will coordinate roadmaps, project timelines, risks, and cross-organisational te
ams.Your work will focus on enhancing our educational and administrative systems, streamlining processes, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to deeply understand our business needs, strategies, processes, and services, leading to the effective delivery of technical solutions. As part of the development team, you will be empowering your technical colleagues to deliver work smoothly and in an agile
way.Specific duties and responsibilitiesDevelop user stories and prioritise tasks to align with overarching strategic goals, managing the project and product backlog effectively.Conduct detailed process mapping to identify, document, and optimize current operational processes and systems.Regularly meet with stakeholders to understand user needs, ensuring projects are user-centric and aligned with business objectives.Translate complex business requirements into deliverables, effectively communicating requirements to the development team.Produce comprehensive documentation in collaboration with technical specialists.Act as a key representative for stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring their interests and needs are adequately addressed.Lead on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure project outcomes meet business expectations and quality standards.When required oversee the entire project management lifecycle, from initiation through to closure, adopting a hands-on approach to requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation.Build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.Lead and participate in projects, ensuring adherence to Agile best practices and efficient delivery of project milestones.Additionalduties:Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation.Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance business analysis and project managementskills.Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis and project practices within the organization.Improve operational processes in terms of change management and Agile development best practices.Contribute to the Regent College London Technology Strategy and R

UALITIESEssential:Proven experience in business analysis within a dynamic and changing environment.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.Experience producing user stories for the use of development teams.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.Experience coordinating teams in delivering successfulprojects.Comfortable in Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of implementing these practices to improve projectdelivery.Strong initiative and independence in a professional
context.
Desirable:Experience in change management and successfully implementing business process improvements.A proactive approach to stakeholder management, with the ability to anticipate needs and build strong, collaborative rela
tionships.TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE &
amp; SKILLSEssential:Proficiency in the English language for collaboration with UK and international teams.Excellent analytical and documentation skills.Proficiency in Business Analysis practices, especially eliciting and documenting stakeholder requirements, and process mapping.Competence in project management principles and practices, with proficiency in project management software and tools.Good understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies, with experience applying these in a project managem
