We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate Control to join our Markets Control team. This role is located in Pune. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:  Understanding of the CASS applicability of Markets products and services, assist onshore in its effective assessment.  Responsible for Markets CASS control testing programme to ensure that the controls that mitigate CASS risk are effective. Assist onshore in CASS related Governance and MI responsibilities.  Assist with the assessment of risks & controls for all LoBs within Markets through the RCSA (Risk and Control Assessment) process (CASS Testing) Maintain appropriate controls in RCSA and CMF platforms. Year- round independent testing of key business controls to provide assurance to business that processes are designed and operating effectively. Identifying the deficiency in the existing process by raising Gap & Action plans and tracking them till those are remediated. Adhering to all elements of the Risk and Control Framework including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, trigger events, monitoring, etc. Work on various ad- hoc projects and support various process improvement initiatives. Managing KPI/KRIs in the tool RMP. Manage APAC, UK and EB Governance submissions which includes preparation of agenda, materials, minutes, tracking action points arising out of these forums. This also includes responsibilities related to Business Accepting Committee (BAC) on Baseline. Policy and Procedure Management for LoB Markets in Athena. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:  Bachelors/ Master’s degree/ MBA/ Chartered Accountant or relevant professional qualification would be advantageous Ideally between 5 to 8 years of experience of working in banking or other related industry environment. Basic understanding of Risk and Controls and Markets products  Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder relationship.
