Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a US IT Recruiter at Real. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals. The IT Recruiter will also be responsible for conducting technical recruiting and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Qualifications
Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills
Experience in technical recruiting and hiring IT professionals
Strong knowledge of the IT industry and trends
Excellent sourcing and screening skills
Ability to identify and attract top talent
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience using recruitment tools and platforms
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
