Role Description :

- This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP EAM/SSAM at SDLC Corp in Noida.

- The role involves day-to-day tasks such as implementing and supporting SAP EAM/SSAM solutions, conducting business process analysis, providing consulting services, and managing master data within SAP FICO.

- Implement and configure SAP EAM/SSAM solutions to meet client-specific business requirements.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing SAP EAM/SSAM implementations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EAM/SSAM solutions with other SAP modules, particularly SAP FICO.

- Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization within SAP EAM/SSAM.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Propose and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and asset management processes.

- Offer expert consulting services to clients, guiding them through the implementation and optimization of SAP EAM/SSAM solutions.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the SAP EAM/SSAM systems.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on SAP EAM/SSAM best practices.

- Manage and maintain master data within SAP FICO, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

- Perform data cleansing and validation to support business processes and reporting requirements.

- Collaborate with data governance teams to define and enforce data management standards and practices.

- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to SAP EAM/SSAM and SAP FICO.

- Provide prompt and effective support to users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance stability and functionality.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of SAP EAM/SSAM modules and their integration with SAP FICO.

- Proficiency in master data management within SAP FICO.

- Experience with business process analysis and optimization in the context of SAP implementations.

- Familiarity with SAP configuration, customization, and support methodologies.

- Certifications in SAP EAM/SSAM are a plus.

- Excellent analytical abilities with a focus on business process improvement and efficiency.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions within SAP EAM/SSAM.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with clients and team members.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Consulting experience with a client-focused approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
