Max Healthcare | Manager Growth

The role holder will work with the Growth and M&A team to drive business planning and analysis, growth, M&A and other strategic projects as per organizational priorities.
- Financial modelling and valuation including identification of synergies, evaluate business and financial viability
- Benchmark business performance metrics against key competitors and evaluate potential opportunities to grow through both organic and inorganic means
- Travel to target expansion cities to assess and identify strategically fit micro-markets for setting up of hospital, acquisition, etc.
- Lead generation for M&A, land acquisition, long term lease: cold calling, connecting with developers, intermediaries to generate lead and help materialize.
- Evaluate land layout, building plans and other hospital infrastructure related documents
- Support end to end due diligence process across all functional areas
- Maintain updated repository of industry trends and competitors’ performance metrics
- Partner with teams executing on the ground and/or monitor execution
Support in preparation of quarterly Board Meeting related collaterals
Exp and Education:
More than 2 years’ experience
Ideally from a research firm / consulting / Investment Banking
Experience within healthcare sector is preferable but not necessary
BTech / BCom(H) / MBA / CA / CFA
Skills:
- Strong Presentation skills - Proficient with Power points, MS Excel and MS Word
- Program management - Good Organization and Planning Skills.
- Excellent strategic ability and analytical skills
- Knowledge of other software tools (AUTOCAD, etc.) is preferable
