Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Technology Specialist

Career Level - D2

Introduction to Role:
Are you passionate about leveraging technology to impact patients and ultimately save lives? We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the maintenance, development, and continuous improvement of our Talent Acquisition Technology stack. This role provides first-line support, troubleshooting, and training to our global Talent Acquisition Community. 

Accountabilities:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will maintain deep Subject Matter Expertise in core TAq Technologies to support all users globally. You will work closely with HRIT on the requirement gathering and thorough testing of any new functionality or identified improvements. You will also update training and user guide materials and drive utilisation of the TAq technology knowledge base and induction training on Degreed. 

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience of working with HR/Talent Acquisition Technologies, particularly Workday HCM/Recruiting & Beamery 
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong MS Excel data manipulation and analytical skills
- Strong change and project management
- Experience of working within a complex global matrix environment
- Knowledge of and passion for Candidate Experience.

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent
- Experience executing systems testing
- Experience in an Analytical HR role
- Experience in the Pharma/Life Sciences sector
- Strong training skills
