About Relocayt
Relocayt is a Canada-based settlement support company helping newcomers (students, permanent residents, workers, and visitors) transition smoothly into life in Canada. We provide safe accommodation, airport pickups, SIM cards, bank accounts, SIN setup, and other essential first steps.
We are expanding our team and seeking motivated Partnership & Operations Coordinators in India and Canada to support our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development:
- Connect with immigration consultants, education agents, and other stakeholders.
- Pitch Relocayt's services and secure referral partnerships.
- Maintain strong partner relationships and follow up regularly.
- Operations & Coordination:
- Coordinate with Relocayt teams (Product, Project, and Operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Track leads, conversions, and commissions in internal systems.
- Assist with onboarding clients (students, PRs, workers, visitors).
- Field & Client Support:
- Meet agents in person, distribute brochures, attend fairs/events.
- Reporting:
- Provide weekly updates to the CEO on activities, progress, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing/Management preferred, but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or operations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with client-facing interactions and relationship management.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 / month
- Travel Reimbursement: ₹8/km
- Incentive: ₹ per converted client
