What you will do
Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, setting appointments with qualified prospects with potential clients that work for tier 1 banks.Craft, execute and improve a variety of outbound sales prospecting campaigns using cold calling, LinkedIn and email for Fintech clients that are selling to banks in Asia.Demonstrate capacity to navigate banks’ complex organisational structures to connect with the appropriate decision-makers.Develop and execute outbound prospecting campaigns through innovative approaches.Help define the go-to-market strategy and territory planning customised to different countries.Work with contact research teams to build the pipeline of contacts to engage.Monitor and optimise campaign performance against key metricsDeliver persuasive post-campaign presentations to clients
What you bring2-4 years of proven SDR Experience,B2B outbound email campaign management, market research analysis.Proven experience in prospecting or selling to financial services institutions (banks);Knowledge of wealth management or private banking is a plusCommunication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Learning abilities: Quickly adaptable to new processes and digital tools with the will to improve processesPersonal attributes: Entrepreneurial, strategic, empathic, and a results-driven self-starter.
