Content Manager

Working model: Remote, with on-site presence required for shoots or events.

Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 10:0am - 7:00pm

Budget: 9-10 LPA (depending on experience)

Experience: 3+ years


As part of this exciting opportunity, you’ll work closely with Masoom to bring her vision to life through innovative content across platforms—Whether it’s curating YouTube videos, designing fashion-forward organic campaigns or global brand collaborations. Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy 

  • Lead research and idea generation for new and innovative content across platforms.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies to maximize engagement and reach for organic and branded campaigns 
  • Write compelling video scripts, social media captions, and long-form content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Actively engage with the audience by commenting on posts to foster a sense of community and responsiveness.
  • Monitor and respond to audience feedback in a timely and professional manner to maintain strong brand interaction.
  • Manage end-to-end social media content scheduling, posting, and optimization to ensure consistency and impact.
  • Track and report on content performance across platforms, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including brands, vendors, and collaborators for campaigns 

YouTube Management

  • Manage and grow the YouTube channel by optimizing content strategies, tracking performance, and driving audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to curate and feature special guests on YouTube or other platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone and goals.

Content Production & Coordination

  • Handle pre-production tasks, including creating shoot documents, coordinating with vendors, and organizing logistics.
  • Oversee video editing to ensure the delivery of high-quality content aligned with the brand’s vision.
  • Coordinate with guest speakers or collaborators, managing schedules, briefing them, and ensuring seamless execution during shoots.



What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role.
  • Strong copywriting skills for scripts, captions, and campaign content.
  • Experience in guest curation and managing collaborations is a plus.
  • Great sense of content and creative direction
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in production coordination and managing on-ground shoot logistics for YouTube
