Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Engineer located in Manesar, with some work from home acceptable. The Assistant Engineer will be responsible for supporting engineering projects, conducting technical research, assisting in the design and development of products, and collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications
- Technical skills: Proficiency in engineering software, knowledge of CAD tools, and understanding of product development processes
- Research and analytical skills: Ability to conduct technical research and analyze data effectively
- Collaboration skills: Experience in working with cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required
- Experience in the electronics industry is a plus
