Key responsibilities include:Work on the end to end configuration, and implementation of new use cases and enhancement of existing OpenPages applications for clientsPartner with clients to gain a clear understanding of business needs and desired outcomesA clear understanding and ability to provide hands-on support of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including documenting layouts and workflows, reporting requirements, notifications, questionnaires, access requirements (CRUD), testing, deployment, etc.Decompose processes and document detailed requirements via application artifacts that can be translated into configurable solutionsAssist clients with testing cycles when/if neededAnalyze and resolve configuration defects and manage any required escalations, both internally and externally
Skills and experience required:Knowledge on Open Pages and can execute/develop once the design is confirmed and perform unit testing5+ years IBM Open Pages experience with hands-on GRC implementations.Advanced Java/J2EE skills.Familiar with JavaScript, HTML & CSS.Excellent knowledge of Oracle, WASWorking Experience in IBM OpenPages GRC platform 8.3+ including Configuration, Workflow, Triggers, JSPHighly organized with attention to detailsAbility to understand and document new and potentially complex processes using standard Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)Willingness and ability to work with multiple clients and projects simultaneouslyUnderstanding of Agile type development conceptsAnalytical skills, with a roll up the sleeves, can-do attitudeWillingness to operate as a member of a team in an independent contributor roleExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalStrong technical troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of JIRA is helpful but not requiredAbility to work independently and remotely
