We are, Penta Piovan, India Pvt Ltd. specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of large-scale systems for the storage and handling of raw materials and ingredients in powder form used primarily in the plastics and food & beverage industries. Piovan Penta is active in the automation and handling of bulk materials used in various areas of compounding, where efficiency, flexibility and reliability are key requirements for sustained success. The branch in India is working in PVC Pipes Industry predominantly and lately in RPET recycling sector.
Key activities include:
Experienced in strategic marketing of high-value engineered products and projects, adept in techno-commercial negotiations to drive profitability and ensure sustained organizational success.
Extensive expertise in Business & Product Development, encompassing Costing & Proposal, Project Management, Application Engineering, CRM, Concept Sale, Branding, and Vendor & Distributor development. Proven proficiency in strategic analysis for new market penetration
- Drive the Sales and push Revenue generation of the organisation in India from different markets PVC Pipes Industry, Recycling, Food, Compounding etc.
As a Branch Manager, adept at managing service support, role involves orchestrating seamless coordination between customers and Service Managers in India and Italy to promptly address critical situations. Prioritizing effective communication and swift action, to ensure resolutions are expedited to uphold customer satisfaction and maintain operational efficiency.
Skilfully execute Vendor Development and Procurement scheduling tailored to project requirements, while upholding key deliverables
Work collaboratively with cross functional team and be accountable for enabling business strategies for any new program through providing creative solutions and insights over the design and implementation of our operations, effectiveness of programs, and deployment of tools.
- Manages a team to support day-to-day operations of the running and new projects.
- Work with the team to support financial operations including payment modes, invoicing, reconciliation, and receivable tracking in the various programs
- Collaborate with technology, product and finance team members to ensure seamless business execution
- Raises and tracks operational issues in different programs, resolve complex issues involving stakeholders and escalate to appropriate level when required
- Works on creating processes for operational gaps so that they can be automated
- Works with sales teams to help track and meet daily, monthly and quarterly goals
- Plays a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing processes
- Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales operation (Project Sales and After sales) responsibility for the Plant Automation by understanding the customer project requirements and proposing a customized solution suiting their requirements.
Developing new clients in Indian Market and neighbouring countries & maintaining cordial relationships with them for securing profitable business and to sustain the profitability of the business and maximizing customer satisfaction level by monitoring
customer complaints, handling customer grievances and resolving their issues.
Planning and developing short and long term Annual Operational Plan, objectives and submitting time projections to management for approval.
Analysing project leads, Forecasting, Profit/Loss Analysis, Competitor’s strategy analysis, SWOT Analysis etc. is being done to minimize or eliminate the future business risks.
Complete Project Life cycle handling right from conception of the project with customer, during design & engineering phase, manufacturing cycle at vendors location, pre-assembly at warehouse & till the final installation & commissioning at customer end.
New vendor developments for all the equipment in Local Market rather than getting it imported therefore reducing the cost of project.
Project based procurement of manufactured & commercial components while maintaining optimum inventories at the warehouse to optimize the operational costs.
Keeping in check the overhead costs and regular business growth to maintain the healthy P&L of the company.
Efficient utilization of service team to handle customer requests with minimum response time.
Maintaining a healthy coordination & information sharing between the Italian design house and local vendors or customer
Qualification and Experience : .1. BE /B Tech in Mechanical.
2. 12+ years of experience
3. Process Automation experience
4. Proven track record of achieving targets. Demonstrate expertise leading a county operation in a Lead Role, managing stakeholders, and improving process.
5. Process Oriented and should have set up processes from Scratch
6. High on work ethics & result orientation
7. Managed a team
