Operations Lead

Description

· Lead Operations team to ensure operational efficiency for digital products and ensure operational targets are getting focus in product teams and stakeholders.

· Represent Operations team in leadership forums, establish and prioritize operational goals with leadership team and ensure collaboration across different stakeholders.

· Responsible for Operations Management of AWS Cloud products including Availability, Security, Release Management, Change Management, Cost Management, Risk management.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, security, and DevOps, to align cloud strategies with business goals

· Enable ways for Ops team to enhance competencies & knowledge on KONE solutions and DevOps areas

· Build strong relationships with business and manage different set of stakeholders in Operations management community, Product Owners, leadership, Domain Leads, Cloud Operations, testing and other common services with KONE internal or partner teams.

· Empower and mentor operations teams, make sure priorities are clear and remove impediments for the team in day to day operations

Desired skills

· Mandatory

o

o E2E Program and Product management experience in development or operations team with AWS platform

o Hands-on experience in project management areas like Stakeholder management, scope management, schedule management, risk management, cost management, communication management, partner management

o Working knowledge on AWS Cloud platform, Infrastructure-as-code toolchain like AWS Cloud Formation/CDK/Terraform or similar tools

o Working Knowledge on REST and WebSocket APIs, AWS API Gateway Service

o Implement monitoring, alerting, and reporting of cloud Platform availability, and performance. In depth knowledge on Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, DevOps Guru

o Operational knowledge on AWS key Services like Trusted Advisor, AWS GuardDuty, Amazon Inspector, IAM, Control Tower, Certificate Manager

· Nice to have

o AWS Services - Lambda, Cognito, ECS, API Gateway, Dynamo DB, CloudFormation

o DevOps and agile ways of working with experience on ticketing tool JIRA (preferred), BMC Remedy, ServiceNow etc.

o PMP certification or AWS DevOps certification
