Role Overview :
We are seeking a Client Servicing Executive for our Events Division who will act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. You will guide clients through the event planning and execution process—understanding their goals, communicating their needs to our creative and production teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of all event-related touchpoints. From concept to wrap-up, you’ll own the client relationship, ensuring that each event encapsulates the client's vision and objectives while delivering a seamless, remarkable experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining positive, proactive, and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Needs Assessment & Strategy: Work closely with clients to understand their event goals, branding guidelines, and budget constraints. Provide strategic recommendations that align with their vision and Cisne’s capabilities.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams—creative, marketing, digital, production—to ensure all event elements (venue selection, logistics, branding materials, collateral, A/V, run-of-show, guest management) are aligned and executed on schedule.
Quality Assurance: Monitor project milestones, keeping a close eye on quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Troubleshoot issues proactively, offering solutions to keep the event on track.
Client Presentations & Reporting: Prepare and present event proposals, budgets, timelines, and post-event reports. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Long-Term Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services, including digital marketing, branding, and future events, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business.
Requirements :
Experience: 3+ years in client servicing, account management, or project coordination within the events and/or hospitality field.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of managing client expectations and conveying information clearly to both clients and internal teams.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving: Resourceful and solution-oriented, able to anticipate and address potential challenges proactively.
Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative mindset and a track record of building trust with clients and colleagues.
Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using project management tools, CRM systems, and MS Office/365. Experience with virtual event platforms is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with event trends, venue sourcing, vendor management, and digital integration (hybrid/virtual events) is highly preferred.
