The Marketing Lead for the jewellery line will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our jewellery collections. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the jewellery market, consumer trends, and effective marketing techniques. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth through innovative campaigns and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company's overall business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

Digital Marketing:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to increase online traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials, sales tools, and training programs.
  • Provide marketing support for retail partners, including in-store promotions and co-op advertising.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, preferably within the jewellery, luxury jewellery, jewellery industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong analytical abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100, ₹130,000.00 per month
