We are looking for Multiple Product Managers - Digital Lending(Loans and Cards) and Cross Buy for one of the leading banks in India
Position Overview:
We're seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead our efforts in enhancing customer engagement, driving growth, and optimizing cross-selling opportunities. This role will require a deep understanding of customer behavior, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
· Customer Journey Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer journeys across various products to identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and improved engagement. Develop strategies to enhance these journeys and optimize user experience across all touchpoints.
· Personalized Offer Management: Create and manage personalized offers that resonate with customers at different stages of their lifecycle. Leverage data analytics and behavioral insights to tailor recommendations and maximize conversion rates.
· Nudge Strategy and Implementation: Develop and implement effective nudge strategies to guide users towards desired behaviors, such as completing transactions, utilizing new features, or exploring additional products.
· Cross-Buy Optimization : Enhance cross-buying opportunities by creating dynamic slots for showcasing complementary financial products within our customer apps. Utilize personalization and data-driven approaches to maximize user engagement and conversion rates.
· Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of product initiatives, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. Continuously iterate and optimize based on performance metrics.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of product features and initiatives.
· Market Research and Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:
· Experience : 9+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on customer engagement, growth, and data-driven decision-making. Experience in cross-selling, upselling, and personalization is a significant advantage.
· Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools, A/B testing methodologies, and a strong understanding of user experience principles.
· Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term product strategies that align with business objectives and drive customer value.
· Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to addressing challenges and identifying innovative solutions.
· Leadership : Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
· Communication : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
