Position Summary:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a passion for creating visually compelling designs that resonate with our audience. You will collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to deliver design solutions that align with our brand identity and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for design across various platforms.

Location : Pune (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for digital, print, and social media campaigns.
  • Design visually engaging marketing materials such as banners, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media graphics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
  • Maintain and evolve the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Work on website layout designs and other digital assets, ensuring optimal user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and software updates to ensure the latest techniques and best practices are applied.
  • Ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio that showcases creativity and design skills.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and design concepts.
  • Experience in video editing.
  • Applicant should have their own personal laptop for this role. Company will not provide laptop.
