1. Graphic Designer –

Role Overview

We are looking for a
creative Graphic Designer
who can bring 's brand to life across
social media, student campaigns, events, and product visuals
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design
    social media posts, ads, banners, and stories
    for Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Create
    event branding collaterals
    (posters, flyers, standees, merchandise designs).
  • Develop graphics for the
    app, website, and presentations
    .
  • Maintain
    brand consistency
    across all designs.
  • Collaborate with the content & marketing team for quick turnarounds.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in
    Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
    .
  • Strong sense of
    color, typography, and layouts
    .
  • Creative, fast learner, and able to adapt to youth-centric designs.
  • Portfolio (even student projects or personal work is fine).

Nice-to-Have

  • Motion graphics or simple animation skills.
  • Experience designing for
    edtech or youth brands
    .

2. Video Editor –

Role Overview

We are looking for a
Video Editor
who can create
engaging, fast-paced, and relatable content
for 's social media, campaigns, and student events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit
    short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style)
    for social media.
  • Work on
    promo videos, event coverage, and student stories
    .
  • Add
    subtitles, effects, transitions, and soundtracks
    for engagement.
  • Repurpose long videos (webinars, interviews, lectures) into
    snackable clips
    .
  • Brainstorm creative video ideas with the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in
    Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
    .
  • Good sense of
    timing, pacing, and storytelling
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Instagram/TikTok trends
    .
  • Portfolio or sample edits (college projects / personal reels count).

Nice-to-Have

  • Motion graphics, animation, or After Effects skills.
  • Ability to shoot basic footage (phone + DSLR).
