We are looking forward to hire Strategic Account Management Professionals in the following areas :

Job Location: Pune / Hyderabad / Bangalore

An ideal candidate should have below skills:

4-8 years of prior experience in management/business/IT consulting (client facing preferred) focused on project delivery tasks: requirement gathering, project planning, business analysis, etc.. : 2+ years of Sales / PreSales / Business Development experience in an enterprise-level sales role or other high-ticket IT consultative selling role coupled with solution-building capabilities. Experience working with CxO level Account Mining: Experience in growing the existing revenue base and hunting for new business within the assigned account Build and manage executive-level client and stakeholder relationships and expand project portfolio beyond current opportunities Strong analytical, problem-solving, innovative-thinking and consultative mindset that leverages structured, logical thinking Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Must be a self-starter who can learn on the job with minimal oversight Desire to work in a business and IT hybrid role with onshore/offshore working model MBA Preferred; at a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from accredited university with strong academic record Domain expertise and project management a plus but not mandatory Willingness to travel, if needed.

Hiring Plan:

You will be part of the EGP - Exponential growth program and report into a special squad of people called AAG - Account Advisory group. EGP is designed to take YASH to a Billion $ organization by 2023. It’s transforming the culture of the organization as well as how we serve our customers. In this role, you will start with a specific set of accounts and jump into exciting initiatives that are technologically and functionally challenging You will be coached and guided by industry veterans in understanding the nuances of applying IT solutions to a business problem and how to weave end to end solutions together. In this role, you will be wearing multiple hats from sales and delivery to consultant and client partner. You will have to be trace ready and also for relocation to international destinations. After around 18 months in this role, you will be assigned a specific goals and you would take up end to end responsibility of an account.
