Role Overview

We are seeking a Miro Consultant/Expert who can advise, demonstrate, and implement Miro solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled at understanding client needs, showcasing Miro's capabilities through impactful demos and workshops, and designing customized solutions that drive real adoption.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct product demos and tailored presentations to showcase Miro's value to prospective and existing clients.

· Facilitate workshops and training sessions (remote or onsite) to help teams adopt Miro effectively.

· Consult clients on best practices for Miro usage in brainstorming, design thinking, agile, and project collaboration.

· Design and build custom Miro boards, templates, and workflows based on client requirements.

· Partner with clients to manage end-to-end Miro implementations, from onboarding to scaling adoption.

· Collaborate with the consulting team to integrate Miro with Asana and other digital tools.

· Keep up-to-date with Miro's latest features, beta programs, and integration ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills

· Proven expertise in the Miro platform (portfolio of boards or Miro certifications preferred).

· 2–5 years of consulting, pre-sales, or digital collaboration experience.

· Strong demo and presentation skills — ability to make complex concepts simple and engaging.

· Hands-on experience with facilitation methods such as design thinking, agile frameworks, sprint planning, or innovation workshops.

· Strong consulting mindset — able to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions.

· Experience with related platforms (Asana, Jira, Figma, Notion, MS Teams, or Slack) is a plus.

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
